March randoms...

A few of these need captions: i love the pic of Dustin in his owl shirt holding maxee, we went to Bodie's bday swimming and I love the puddle jumper life vests, Mindy and I took the youngins' to krispie kreme, daddy was washing the car one day I was working and Baylor man had a lot of fun in the puddles, and this last picture: the kids love the garbage truck, especially Baylor, and as he was looking out the window i pulled up the blinds so he could see better and the blinds snatched his binky right out of his mouth!! haha it was hilarious!

"An eagle flew into the garage….." said Mya

One day last week after Dean got home from work-it was such a nice day that Dean took the kids on a motorcycle ride and then the kids were playing in the open garage with their push toys and bikes. Dean came inside to change his clothes so he could do yard work and I was doing dishes. After a few mins Mya opens the door and Baylor is crying so my first thought is that she hurt him or he fell or something so I go over and I say, "what's wrong Baylor?" and he says "Birrrr" Birrrrrr!" and I look at Mya and ask her what happened and she says, "An eagle flew into the garage! and it landed on the window and walked up and down. Then it flew out" Dean and I just start laughing!!!! Baylor got scared and was telling us bird. hahaha then I have Mya show me where. She retells me the story pointing on the window sill in the garage and then she said, "well it looked like an eagle."

what a funny girl! i didn't even know she knew what an eagle was. It was too good of a story not to type up!

Lacey's 27th Bday

I had a great Birthday today! I went to my spin class and got home at 7 and Dean had an omelet made ready for me then the kids were still asleep at 7:30 when Dean left so I took a shower and soaked in the tub and got out and dressed and wrapped my hair in a towel and took a quick power nap, It was an awesome morning!!!!! The kids woke up at around 8:30ish and they ate then we played for a bit and I took them to my sisters at 11:30 because my friend Michelle took me out to lunch at Brumby's in Santaquin (i had the best pulled pork sandwich ever!) and our friend Liz Rowely joined us. Afterward I got the kids and chatted with Mindy for a bit then took the kids home and put Baylor down for a nap and Mya played at the neighbors. I love nap time and savored and guiltily watched a show on the iPad when I probably should have been cleaning, then when she got back and Baylor woke up we got ready to meet Dean in Provo and he took me shoe shopping and I got some cute flats. We returned home and ate and had skookies instead of cake and I got sang to. then it was bed time.

I had a great day! I was in a happy mood all day and the kids and I had fun and I spent the day just how I wanted to with friends and family that love me and I love them! I can't express how grateful and blessed I am to have met so many wonderful people in my 27 years. I have a feeling my 27th year will be the best yet!!!!

March 1st and 2nd

On Sunday the first day of March we built a snowman before church and used  basically all the snow in our front yard and everything had melted by the end of church but our snowman still stood. Mya loves the snow! She is so fun to watch roll around in it. 

 Baylor loves to eat dinner with his eyes closed then feel around with his hands for his food and put it in his mouth (like he is blind or something) he usually does this to get us laughing but I think he enjoys it too. He did it for sunday dinner and in mid bite his head flopped and he was asleep! hahaha cute boy!

For Family night we made VIP crowns and talked about how everyone is a child of God and he loves us. I hope all these teachings sink in. and we blew up balloons and the kids had some good exercise chasing and hitting them around.

Summing up February in one post…….

February went fast I think because we had awesome warm 50-60 degree weather. Dean got me a mother's necklace with our kids stones and we went to dinner with the kids for Valentine's day. I love our little family! Baylor and I had colds this month and I worked my first day at the Payson Instacare and enjoyed it. Overall it was a good month!

Brooom Brooooom Da Da!!!!--Janurary 2015

What a crazy winter this year! Dean took the kids on motorcycle rides until the end of February. once Dean got home Baylor would say DaDa Broom Broom! and then he would cry when it was Mya's turn. He also carries around a toy motorcycle he got from my mom during my tonsil recovery. haha he is so funny! He is our comic relief. 

Mya also loves to go on rides but she isn't as emotional if she doesn't go but I'm glad she isn't scared. She is our more serious intellectual one.
