We met Elder Pili 2 years ago in Montpelier at Dillon's house-he was FOB straight from Samoa and hardly knew any english. We were invited over one sunday night and he became our good friend (he loves Mya) and would always give Dean a call just to see how we were doing. He was transferred to Logan and served in our area when we lived there and would always stop by to eat or borrow a jacket (we haven't seen it since :) ) he served in my parents ward for a bit and then he was in Ogden area the last part of his mish. So we went to the testimony mtg they had in Ogden for all the missionaries leaving, he did a good job and you could tell he learned a lot on his mission. He still can't speak english very well but he can understand you a lot better. We are going to miss him but we also can't wait to go back to Samoa and visit one more person who has adopted us as family.
(dean didn't want to unbuckle Baylor so he just lifted him up haha)
